The US-based global market research firm Gartner has named Newgen Software as a ‘niche player’ in its “2015 Magic Quadrant for Customer Communications Management Software” listing for the third consecutive year.
Gartner evaluated 16 other Customer Communication Management (CCM) vendors along with Newgen Software, subjecting them to a rigorous evaluation methodology which included criteria such as ability to execute and completeness of vision, said a press release.
“The recognition by Gartner validates our ability to offer best-in-class and comprehensive customer communications management offerings across industry verticals,” said Diwakar Nigam, Newgen Software, in a statement.
