Newgen Software Inc., a leading global provider of Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Customer Communication Management (CCM), and Adaptive Case Management (ACM) solutions, has been cited as a ‘Visionary’ in the 2015 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Content Management, by Hanns Koehler-Kruener et al. This is the second consecutive year that Gartner has named Newgen as a visionary in the report. Newgen Software has been positioned highest for execution in the visionary quadrant.

Newgen Software has also been included in Gartner’s “Asia-Pacific Contextualization of the 2015 Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Content Management”, by Gavin Tay. Vendors listed in this report showcase prevailing presence in APAC with adoption by local organizations.

Gartner report evaluated 19 other Enterprise Content Management (ECM) vendors along with Newgen on criteria such as revenue, geographic presence, functional capabilities, and proof of use in production scenarios. The evaluation also considered each ECM vendor’s completeness of vision and ability to execute.
