The Asian Banker Financial Technology Innovation Awards Programme provides the undisputed benchmark of technology innovation in an increasingly fierce marketplace.

The awards ceremony was held virtually on November 11, 2021

The bank introduced a trade finance process automation with new innovations that reduced manual data entry and enhanced dashboard and reports to monitor all customer request effectively.

The award was received by Nikhil Sawhney, Head of Strategic Accounts, EMEA, Newgen Software Technologies Limited.
