“We chose Newgen because of their ability to integrate to the different systems we wanted to use to make [account opening] a seamless experience for our members. Ease of use was one of the key initiatives our credit union was looking toward.

We went from a solution that roughly took about 15 minutes to open an account for our members, down to about five minutes. In addition to that, we increased efficiencies on the backend for our operations area by about 35%.”
