The state’s Department of Science and Technology (DST), responsible for its development and implementation of new & emerging technology, was looking for a technology partner to automate processes across other state departments to promote e-governance.
The officials in the state departments were working on partially automated processes with obsolete technology and were highly dependent on physical documents.
