Content Integration

The Unified Content Management capability provides a single interface for managing, accessing, and searching content across multiple repositories, file systems, and cloud storage, with user-friendly configuration options for connecting new repositories.

The Integrated Image Access feature allows Web API integration to access OmniDocs content from various lines of business and cloud applications, enabling users to view content stored in OmniDocs within third-party application interfaces.

Seamless Microsoft Office Integration connects Microsoft Office applications, including Office365 and Teams, with OmniDocs, facilitating content creation, editing, and collaboration. This integration includes Microsoft Outlook add-ins for storing emails and attachments in OmniDocs and attaching documents from OmniDocs to any email, along with the capability for long-term archival of relevant content directly from Microsoft Outlook into the records management system.

The ERP System Integration enables seamless data transfer between OmniDocs and ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, enhancing collaboration through the OmniDocs ERP connector, which supports comprehensive content management of data from ERP systems.
