Newgen provides developer training and certification through a partner enablement program, which comprises online self-paced video-based learning, webinars, and live face-to-face training for developers. The partner enablement program consists of a certification module for training and certifying partners on implementation/support and delivery. These extend to the individual as well as organization-level certification.
For developers to get certified on the Newgen portfolio, they need to register on the partner portal. The portal has L&D capabilities where partners follow a particular learning track and then attempt the requisite certifications. There are three levels of certifications:
> Level 1 – Ability to build simple applications with No-Code capabilities
> Level 2 – Ability to build inter-intra-department applications, including mobile applications and content integration
> Level 3 – Ability to build complex enterprise-wide complex applications with integrations, custom coding
