Newgen’s implementation at HSBC India is awarded with the Silver Award at the Global Awards for Excellence in Adaptive Case Management 2012. These awards were presented under four categories namely: Customer Facing, Public Sector, Healthcare and Knowledge Worker Innovation for this award.Co-sponsored by WfMC and KMWorld, these highly ranked awards choose user organizations worldwide that have excelled in implementing innovative ACM solutions.
Newgen had nominated the “Request Management System” implemented at HSBC India, under the ‘Customer Facing’ category. Newgen has also been conferred the Silver Award and certification for being the Case Management solution provider for the bank. Winners were selected by a panel of 16 judges who are the experts in this field. The panel was headed by an Advisory Panel comprising Tom Koulopoulos (Delphi Group), Hugh McKellar (KMWorld) and Connie Moore (Forrester Research). The winners were announced by WfMC chairman, Keith Swenson. The Workflow Management Coalition WfMC and KMWorld jointly sponsor the annual Global Awards for Excellence in ACM.
