Newgen Software’s implementation at ICICI Bank has been recognized as the ‘Best Enterprise Mobility’ solution, at the PCQuest Best IT implementation Awards 2013.

ICICI Bank was looking for a solution to implement Tab Banking to allow its customers to tap into the bank’s services from the comfort of their homes or offices. Moreover, the average turn-around-time (TAT) for opening an account was high. The bank deployed Newgen’s revolutionary Mobile Capture solution- ZapIn. This solution enabled the bank’s sales officers to capture all KYC documents, and fill up the account opening forms at the customers’ doorsteps. As a result of the implementation the TAT for account opening was reduced from 4 days to less than 24 hours.

This year 15 companies were awarded at the PCQuest Best IT implementation Awards, for exemplary demonstration of IT usage.
